Product description:
We endeavour to describe all products as accurately as possible with the best knowledge we have to hand and we only sell artworks that are in mint condition. All our prints are stored flat in acid free portfolios and in a smoke free environment.

Payment:
We accept cash, cheque or secure payment through Paypal.

Delivery costs and insurance:
All prices shown include shipping and insurance costs to UK destinations unless otherwise stated. Items are sent in a rigid tube rolled in acid free paper or flat packed. You are very wellcome make your own pickup arrangements providing they are mutually convenient.

Delivery date:
For items purchased from stock, we will endeavour to deliver within 7 days after funds have been cleared. For all other items, we will inform you of delivery date as soon as we can.

Returns and refunds:
You are entitled to a cooling-off period ending seven days after the goods have been received. Should you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us in writing (letter or email) during this time. Goods returned which are not defective or faulty will be returned to us at your own cost with adequate insurance to cover the cost of the goods against loss or damage. This does not affect your statutory rights. We do not accept chargeback clauses on PayPal payments and these will be refunded without prior notice.

Right to complaint:
Your statutory rights under to complain are not affected.

Privacy policy
All personal data held and used is in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Jurisdiction
All contracts shall be deemed to be made in England. All contracts made between Blind Angle Gallery and the customer shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute arising therein shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the English courts.
