Chiho Aoshima (Japan) was born in Tokyo, Japan, in 1974. Aoshima is a part of Takashi Murakami's KaiKai KiKi production company for young japanese artists. Chiho Aoshima uses computer software to create lush fantasy worlds populated by supernatural creatures, animals and young girls.

Chiho Aoshima has had several solo shows in countries such as Japan, France, USA and UK. Her work is held in a number of museum collections such Ackland Art Museum, Chapel Hill, and Seattle Art Museum.
